Saturday’s racing action kicks off at 12:50 with the first of 6 races. The class 2 feature race, The Betway Casino Handicap (14:00) will see 6 horses compete to be first past the post.
This season’s leading All-Weather Jockey, Adam Kirby is booked to ride the David O’Meara trained Primero where his previous horse, Redicean who is now trained by Alan King looks set to be a hot contender for the race with Martin Harley taking the ride. Having found victory in 5 of his last 9 starts since moving trainer and runner up once, the latest win came from here at one of our Twixmas meetings beating Seafarer who is also declared to run.
The worlds most famous jockey, Ryan Moore is booked to ride Lord George who has struggled to find his form since last winning at Kempton just over a year ago. Moore’s experience could be all that is needed to bring the James Fanshawe trained contender back to winning ways.
