Welcome to your essential guide to Summer Sounds Gin & Fizz Racenight!
We look forward to welcoming you to Lingfield Park for a day of exhilarating Flat racing and live music from our DJ & Sax performer after racing. We hope this guide gives you a good overview of all that's taking place on Saturday, and answers any questions you may have.

TRAVEL:
Please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse. There will be plenty of parking available in the Public Car Park across Racecourse Road.
Lingfield train station is just a short 5 minute walk from the racecourse.

PARKING:
Parking is free on site but is limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment and any queues. Please inform the stewards on arrival if you require accessible car parking.
ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a variety of roaming entertainment on-site throughout the day, including a live DJ playing throughout racing in the Courtyard, plus a performance from our DJ & Sax live after racing. This will start shortly after the last race has finished and happen on the Paddock Lawn next to the Parade Ring.
STYLE AWARDS:
We also welcome the Style Awards back to our Racecourse which is set up at the Flower Wall located in the Courtyard. The Style Awards is free to enter and awards the best dressed racegoer £500 to whoever finishes first, as well as prizes for those placed second and third.

WEATHER:
The forecast for Saturday is sunny intervals with highs of 22 degrees (as of Wednesday 28th August). Please check the local forecast before departing and dress accordingly!
DRESS CODE:
For Gents - Racegoers often choose to adopt a smarter style. We recommend, for example, smart jeans or tailored shorts and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Many customers opt to dress for the occasion on feature race days. Our only stipulation is that sporting team shirts and offensive fancy dress are not permitted.
A lot of ladies like to dress for the occasion in dresses for the races, heels and hats, however, this is not a requirement. We would advise to dress for the elements and to always adhere to the rules of what clothing is permitted on site.
FOOD & DRINK:
A range of bars and food outlets are available serving a variety of tasty food and refreshing drinks. A range of vegetarian and vegan food options will be available across the racecourse. Please be aware that no food, drink or picnics can be brought into the racecourse except in the case of a severe food allergy, in which we ask you to contact us directly to arrange bringing in your own food.
SECURITY:
We take security and safety very seriously. There will be a strong security presence and you will be subject to a bag search on arrival.
We ask all visitors not to leave bags unattended and to report anything suspicious to a member of staff.
PAYMENT:
Please remember, the majority of food outlets and bars are card only but we advise you to also bring cash for betting purposes. There are no cash machines on site so please bear this in mind.
